Our USA 4 day courses have an online integration program as part of the course. This includes footage from various workshops done around the world that demonstrate the different learning opportunities in each technique. I share components of each part of that the live workshop covered so you get to see just how much is going on in each bit of teaching. This is the first time it is being offered as a support course and stand alone course for those who want to learn more. In this course, each section will be doubled up - which means there will be at least two versions for each component of teaching - the principles always remain the same but how it shows up in sessions and workshops will always be different. So diaphragm two versions, psoas/glutes - two versions. We will have the entire sequence and a downloadable manual. This is designed to complement your existing learnings well as help you see and learn more in the different settings.
